This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for bookings made through our multi-vendor turf booking website. By making a booking on Turf2Day, you agree to this policy.

Cancellation Policy

User-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Users can cancel their bookings up to [insert specific time, e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel a booking, users must log into their Turf2Day account, navigate to their bookings, and follow the cancellation instructions provided.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refund eligibility and the amount refunded will depend on the specific Vendor’s cancellation policy, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Vendor-Initiated Cancellations

  • Vendor Cancellation: In the event that a Vendor needs to cancel a booking, users will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued.

  • Rescheduling: Where possible, users may be offered the option to reschedule their booking instead of receiving a refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.

  • Refund Amount: The amount refunded will be based on the Vendor’s cancellation policy and the timing of the cancellation. Any applicable service fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain bookings may be marked as non-refundable. These bookings will not be eligible for a refund regardless of the cancellation time.

No-Show Policy

  • No-Shows: If a user does not show up for their booking without cancelling in advance, they will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Late Arrivals: Users arriving late may lose their booking slot, depending on the Vendor’s policy. Refunds or rescheduling options for late arrivals are subject to the Vendor’s discretion.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Force Majeure: In cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the user or Vendor (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), cancellations and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Turf2Day will work with both parties to reach a fair resolution.

  • Health Emergencies: Users who need to cancel due to health emergencies are encouraged to contact our customer support team. We will review such cases individually and provide appropriate assistance.
